A special gathering for Vancouver families and friends on Monday, October 15th, in honour of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day.
Please bring a candle to light in remembrance. We will light the candles at 7pm for 1 hour to continue the wave of light across the world. We will remember and acknowledge all the beautiful babies taken to soon. This is an informal gathering without speakers, music or activities.
In recognition of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day BC Place Stadium and Science World will illuminate in pink and blue to join other communities across Canada in the – Light up Canada, coast to coast campaign.
The event is open to those directly affected by infant loss or anybody wanting to show support for families affected.
The event will happen rain or shine. There is no shelter, please come prepared.
