Calgary Walk to Remember

Calgary Walk to Remember, an annual walk established in 2013, is a family oriented special event, in support of the Calgary Health Trust, held to remember babies whose lives were lost due to miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth, or neonatal death. It is an opportunity to knit common bonds of grief and to honour the babies loved and dearly wanted, who died far too soon. Calgary Walk to Remember hopes to give parents and families what they want most: an occasion to remember and to celebrate, openly and without judgment, amongst other families who share the experience and feelings of losing a child. There will be tears, there will be laughter, there will be hope, there will be healing.
